The 3500/70M reciprocating pulse speed monitor is a high-performance 4-channel monitoring device designed specifically for reciprocating compressors. 

It is mainly used to monitor the vibration of the compressor crankcase and crosshead (or crossbeam), by receiving input signals from seismic sensors, adjusting these signals to obtain accurate vibration measurement values, and comparing these measurement values with user programmable alarm set points to provide timely alarms and mechanical protection.

Multi channel monitoring:

The 3500/70M monitor has four independent monitoring channels, each of which can be programmed and configured as needed.

Channels can work independently or be programmed in pairs to perform different monitoring tasks.

Signal reception and processing:

The monitor receives acceleration and velocity input signals from seismic sensors such as 330400, 330425, and Velomitor CT.

By using a built-in signal conditioning circuit, the input signal is processed to obtain accurate vibration measurement values.

Programmable alarms:

Users can use the 3500 rack configuration software to program each channel, set alarm conditions and thresholds.

When the detected vibration value exceeds the preset threshold, the monitor will trigger an alarm to remind the operator to pay attention and take corresponding measures.

Operators can understand the real-time operation status of the compressor by observing the data on the display.

Signal regulation:

The received signal is adjusted and processed through the internal circuit of the monitor to obtain accurate vibration measurement values.

Signal comparison:

Compare the adjusted signal with the user programmable alarm set point. These set points can be configured according to actual application scenarios and requirements.

Alarm output:
